Shipping Policy

CowHammer Studios’ products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please review the information below so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Made to Order
Every item in our store is printed and assembled after you place your order. We do not keep pre-made inventory. This means your order is unique and created just for you, which also means there is a production period before your item ships.
Production Time
Most orders enter production within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. During high-volume periods such as holidays, production may take up to 7 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3 to 7 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days depending on destination
These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier volume are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of your order. CowHammer Studios has no control over customs delays or additional charges.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has entered production we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. CowHammer Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
