At CowHammer Studios, all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will make it right. Eligible issues include:

  • Printing errors or misaligned graphics

  • Manufacturing defects in the product itself

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Wrong item received

To submit a claim, please email us at cowhammerstudios@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sizing & Buyer's Remorse

Because our products are made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or a change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing before you buy, feel free to reach out to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
